  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days. Please note:

  • Refund processing times may vary by bank.

  • Orders placed before 7:00 PM EDT (UTC-4) will ship same day.
  • Orders after this cutoff ship the next business day.
  • We ship Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays).

If you need to update your shipping address:

  • Contact us before your order has been dispatched.
    Once shipped, we can no longer modify the address.

4.2 P.O. Boxes

  • We can ship to P.O. Boxes using standard postal services only.
  • Courier services are not available for P.O. Box addresses.

4.3 Military Addresses

  • We ship to military addresses via USPS only.
  • Courier delivery is not available for these addresses.

4.4 Out-of-Stock Items

If part of your order is out of stock:

  • We will ship available items right away.
  • Backordered items will ship separately once restocked.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:

  • Full refund
